Winich Farms is a supply chain solutions company that leverages technology to aggregate grains and tubers from smallholder farmers and distribute them to small and medium-scale processors and retailers, who collectively represent a significant proportion of processing capacity. The Company has developed a robust village-based agent network that effectively monitors supply quantities and prices for grains and tubers across 12 states in Nigeria. As well as logistics partnerships that ensure timely deliveries to processors within 96 hours. Additionally, in partnership with a local bank, Winich has distributed 25,000 bank cards to smallholder farmers, enhancing their payment experience and fostering financial inclusion, with plans to facilitate credit access for these farmers.

In so doing, Winich connects smallholder farmers directly to the processors, who although fragmented, constitute the majority of processing capacity within the country.
